Shipping Policy

We ship domestically as well as internationally to almost any address. We utilize several shipping options to ensure you an economical, cost effective and timely delivery.

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Free shipping on orders over $ 100.00 (Continental US, standard shipping and one address only).Infused Tea and Spice Merchant has the option of what shipping service to use for these deliveries.

We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii unfortunately shipping costs are higher and not as timely. Please call for rates.

Please make sure that your correct address is on the final screen before submitting order. You can edit old addresses or account information under “My Account”.

Infused Tea and Spice Merchant, LLC will process and deliver packages to the shipper as agreed but will not be responsible for any package that does not arrive on time once out of our control.

Domestic Options (within the Continental US):

• USPS – Priority 2-3 days. Not a guaranteed delivery service.
• FedEx Ground – 1-6 days depending on shipping location.
• FedEx 2nd Day – Guaranteed 2-day delivery by 7:00PM (not including day of order). Must receive order by 3PM EST.
• FedEx Standard Overnight – Guaranteed next business day by 4PM. Must receive order by 3PM EST.

International Options:

Shipping & Handling:

• Shipping is based on the delivery address.
• Residential shipping will incur a higher shipping rate.
• For additional saving, if possible, ship your package to your business address.
