This organic loose leaf Pu-erh has an intense flavor that is unique to this tea but is elegant as well. Pu-erh can be steeped for multiple infusions and without no hints of tannins.

• Use 2 tsp per 6 oz cup, heat water to 185 °, let steep for 2 minutes.

Pu-erh dates back thousands of years and is an aged, fermented tea. Its history relates closely to the tea trade because it could be pressed into shapes for ease in travel.  Most Pu-erh are produced in the Yunnan Province of China.
